Who is Career Compass?
Since 2006, Career Compass has empowered over 150,000 students in schools across the state to develop realistic plans for the future and apply to education and training opportunities, with the goal of helping them graduate with plans for the future.
At Career Compass, we believe that there is a place for every student after high school. As former educators, we understand that every student faces unique obstacles in applying for college. We have helped hundreds of thousands of middle and high school students gain access to opportunities after high school.
Career Compass has partnered with The Orchard Foundation, The Rapides Foundation, La Central, and the Central Louisiana school districts to provide College and Career Awareness to grades 6th-11th and Individual College and Career coaching to 12th-grade students. Each school with grades 6th-12th has an assigned College and Career coach.
